REQUIRES A 35 X 17 FLAT AREA TO SETUP AND ACCESS TO A 20 AMP ELECTRICAL OUTLET WITHIN 100FT OF EQUIPMENT.
In consideration of renting equipment by the undersigned, thereinafter referred to as the (“Renter”) from the company, thereinafter referred to as (“Jump To It”) upon the terms and conditions, and for the price herein specified, it is agreed as follows. Jump To It hereby rents to the Renter in consideration thereof, acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. That Renter certifies and acknowledges that he has this date and at the time specified received from Jump To It the personal property listed and identified in this contract.
2. That this personal property is to be used by the Renter at the designed address for the stated period and solely for the purposes for which said equipment was manufactured and intended.
3. That this equipment will not be removed from the designated address without the consent of Jump To It.
4. That Renter has personally inspected the personal property and found it to be in good and working and condition when received.
5. That there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness, or any other warranties, either expressed or implied, other than as expressly set fourth in writing in this contract. Renter shall inspect the equipment, and immediately, return it if it is not safe and suitable.
6. That Renter will immediately discontinue use of the personal property should it at any time, while in the Renter’s possession, become unsafe or in a state of despair, and Renter will immediately notify Jump To It of this issue/ concern.
7. That Renter, if the personal property is lost, stolen or damaged, will pay Jump To It the cost of replacement or repair of the lost, stolen or damaged property. A cleaning charge up to $250 will be charged for water damage intentionally caused by Renter.
8. I understand that if equipment is stolen while under this rental agreement, that a police report must be made, listing Jump To It, as the owner of the property. I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Jump To It from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Jump To It in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.
9. The Renter, on the “Date Due In” will immediately return rented property, with all attachments, accessories, and parts to Jump To It, as listed on this page, in the same condition the personal property was received, ordinary wear and depreciation is expected.
10. I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Jump To It from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Jump To It in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.
11. That if the Renter desires to extend this contract beyond the date and time originally agreed upon, Renter will immediately notify Jump To It of this desire and obtains Jump To It approval and terms for the extension.
12. Jump To It, at its own discretion, may report as stolen all personal property not returned within the one (1) day of the date listed in the “Return Date” section of the contract, or if conditions and circumstances indicate theft before that time.
13. That Renter is responsible for all equipment.
14. That Renter will pay all collection fees, court cost, attorney’s fees, or any other expenses required to enforce the terms and conditions of this contract.
15. I as the Renter understand that full payment is due before Jump To It arrives and there can be no cancellations once we’re set up at the location. If the balance is not paid at time of delivery a 30.00 collection fee will be charged to the Renter.
16. Jump To It reserves the right to terminate any event if operating conditions become unsafe.
17. THERE IS A $30.00 CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL CANCELLED ORDERS unless the Renter decides to cancel the event due to inclement weather, the Renter, will notify Jump To It a minimum of two hours before event is scheduled. Weather will delay Jump To It from making a timely delivery/pick-up until weather permits. Jump To It will mail the Renter a credit voucher or check in the amount of the deposit.
18. Jump To It requires a 50% refundable deposit to reserve equipment. Payment shall be made within 72 hours from date of placing reservation, or reservation becomes void. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, money order and all major credit cards. The balance is due the Tuesday before the event to secure your rental.
19. The Renter’s liability for misuse of equipment. The Renter shall not abuse, harm or misuse the Equipment. The Renter shall not permit any repairs to be made. In the event of any accident or casualty resulting in bodily injury or property damages arising out of Renter’s responsibility thereof and shall hold Jump To It harmless from any claims or action arising there from. Renter shall furnish Jump To It including names and addresses of all persons involve and all witnesses. Unless otherwise specified herein, in case of loss or destruction of any part of the Equipment, or loss of possession thereof, or inability to return the same to Jump To It, on the expiration and due date, for any reason what so ever. Renter shall pay Jump To It loss of use of said equipment.
I, the undersigned renter, specifically acknowledge that I have adequate property insurance or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests or my invitees from the use of the unit I am renting or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. Renter acknowledges and certifies that he/she received and understand the instructions regarding the use and operation of the rented equipment. Renter, further acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understand equipment rental contract and agrees to be bound by all the terms, conditions and provisions hereof. Renter acknowledges that he has received a true and correct copy of this agreement at the time of execution hereof.

1) Insure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable are followed.
2) A trained operator or responsible adult must be on duty at all times. Operator can use a whistle or other audible signal device.
3) In case of high winds or storms, have all persons exit the inflatable and then unplug the unit and let it deflate.
4) Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets
5) No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit
6) No food, drinks or gum chewing allowed
7) Remove shoes, eyeglasses and jewelry
8) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling
9) Do not bounce against sides or near the front entrance way. Do not bounce into corner posts.
10) Do not climb on side walls or nets
11) Keep a safe distance between kids bouncing in the inflatable
12) No jumping or sitting on the entrance ramp
13) No jumping off of the top of the slide
14) Only allow similar sized riders in the inflatable at once
15) Follow the maximum number of riders guidelines as posted on the inflatable
16) Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable
17) Do not let the inflatable rub up against any surface
18) Do not move the bounce from the location where set up
19) Individuals with head, neck or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
20) Water hoses or water must not be used in the inflatable unless specifically manufactured for use with water
21) Splash pools for water slides must be deflated and drained if ride will be left unattended unless area is fenced in and gate is locked.
22) If the inflatable starts to deflate, have all riders exit immediately and then check for one of the following conditions:
A) The blower motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged. If not, check to make sure a circuit breaker was not tripped.
B) If blower motor continues to run; check for blockage of air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also check all air tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and tighten ties if necessary.
C) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use it.
23) No one using the equipment has any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath.
24) No guests have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 or the Flu.
25) No guests have traveled outside of the United States in the past 30 days.
I agree to follow and utilize these Safety Rules & Operating Instructions at all times during the operation and use of the inflatable.
