Policies

All RENTALS ARE FOR A MAXIMUM TIME PERIOD OF 8 HOURS.

​If your event is longer than 8 hours, please let us know and we will make special arragements for your event.

Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Jump To It reserves the right to cancel any reservation, Jump To It, deems dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way.

 

Deposit Policy:

All rentals require a 50% refundable deposit to reserve equipment. Deposits must be made within 72 hours of placing the reservation in order for event to be confirmed in our reservation system. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, check, and all major credit cards. A deposit is required in order for us to reserve your rental. All rentals must be paid in full the Tuesday before your event. For whatever reason you're not able to do so, please seek approval to pay balance on date of delivery. Payment must be made in full prior to the set up of equipment by Jump to It personnel or order will incur a collection fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

It is the renter's responsibility to call no later than two hours before scheduled delivery time to cancel the rental. A credit will be issued for the amount paid and will be good for up to one year. Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20 mph, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 40 degrees F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit any money paid for the rental. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.

 

Cleaning and repair policy:

A cleaning charge up to $250 will be charged to the renter if equipment is intentionally damaged, wet or muddy.

 

Delivery Policy:

There is a $25.00 delivery charge for all Jump To It orders within a 25-mile radius of our stocking location. Mileage in excess of the 25-mile radius will incur an additional $3.50 per mile delivery charge. All mileage calculations are based upon information obtained from www.Mapquest.com. Please call (256) 721-2221, if you are not sure if your party is taking place within our delivery area.

Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20mph, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 40° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. If it starts raining unplug the blower and deflate inflatable for safety!

 

Tax Policy:

We charge 9% rental tax for all orders.

 

Covid-19 Policy

 We are committed to providing a safe and healthy experience for your event! Considering Covid-19 we are taking strict measures to ensure that your friends and family can enjoy carefree fun.  All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. Masks are worn during cleaning and set up of the equipment.  All Jump To It employees are regularly monitored for symptoms and fevers. As we continue to do our part we request you do your part as well by not allowing anyone to come in contact with the inflatable if they experience any of the following: symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath. Has traveled outside of The United States within the past 15 days. Or if they have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with the flu or Covid-19. We also encourage guests to wash and sanitize hands frequently while using the equipment. As long as these guidelines are followed guests can be confident that everyone will have a fun, safe, and healthy experience. Thank you for your cooperation!
